Terms of Service

Original works. Every song is newly written. Any favorite artist you name is used only as inspiration for broad musical attributes (genre, instrumentation, mood). We do not copy melodies or lyrics, and we do not imitate or impersonate any artist's voice.

Your content. You confirm you have the right to share the names, stories and memories you provide.

Delivery. 5–7 business days; rush 48–72 hours.

Refunds before we start. Cancel any time before we begin writing your song and you'll be refunded in full. Not sure where your order stands? Email us and we'll tell you.

After delivery. Every song includes one free revision. If a revision still doesn't get it right, tell us within 7 days of delivery and we'll refund the package price (Basic or Premium). Add-ons already produced — rush, an additional version, or a slideshow — aren't refundable.

Late delivery. If you paid for rush and we miss the 48–72 hours window, the rush fee is refunded in full. If standard delivery runs more than 3 business days past the estimate and your song isn't with you yet, you can cancel for a full refund.

How to request a refund. Email hello@songsungyou.com with your order reference. Refunds go back to the card you paid with and usually appear within 5–10 business days.
